Limited Edition Products; These include custom coloured products made for clients where we’ve produced additional units to meet our MOQ’s. We may also class an item as limited edition if we have used different material options that are not in our standard production runs. Some high quality prototypes we also class as limited edition products if they differ from our standard production runs. By purchasing a limited edition product you accept the product ‘as is’ at time of purchase. No refunds or exchanges are offered for edition purchases.
Seconds Products; Are items from our standard product lines that have minor defects we deem to be below the high standards we set for our products. We do our best with photographs to present the defects that are on these seconds. We price seconds according to the level of their defect. By purchasing a second product you agree that you accept the product ‘as is’ at time of purchase. No refunds or exchanges are offered for seconds purchases.
Over Stocked Products; These are products that for various reasons we have higher quantities than our standard stock levels. There are no faults with these products we just need to make space in our studio.
Packaging for Limited Edition & Seconds Products; For some of our Limited Edition and Seconds Products we may not carry the items original product packaging. Alternatively, the item may have the original box but the carton may have sun damage, or additional labels or tape on it. In the interest of reducing waste, where we can with Limited Edition and Seconds products, Designtree chooses to re-use this packaging or use alternative packaging rather than ordering in new bespoke cartons. We may have a box that is bigger than the product in which case we may cut it down to suit the product better.
