When Designtree was approached by the Sustainability Trust to work with their interior designer to help realise a suite of up-cycled furniture, we were super excited to be bringing our experience to help with the fit out of their new headquarters in Wellington. The Designtree team collaborated with interior designer Joseph Nicholls to design and build a suite of furniture for their retail and office spaces. Predominantly using heat treated pallet timber, plastic bottles, castors and natural finishing oils we realised a pleasing family of furniture items, including a growing wall, outdoor seating, display stands, reception desks, office partitions, collection and sorting stations.
